There is a grey area between those who are anarchists and loot, and those who feel aggrieved for the perceived injustice (although I believe the grand jury saw no evidence to incite the officer, thus his actions were just).

People loot and protest for many reasons, don't cloud the event with broad brushing one ethnicity over the other.

The two guys were walking in the middle of the street .

The officer asked them to move to side walk and they did not comply , they responded in a civil manner at first , they then cuss of the police officer.

Officer notices the description of the stolen items in the victims hand and the description of the victim matches the robbery reports . He calls for back up

After attempting to block them with his car in the road and exit the vehicle , the victim does not allow him to exit the vehicle , cuss him off and allegedly tries to assault the officer , with the officer seated in the car .

The accomplice eye witness says that the policeman initiated the cussing , slammed the car door into the victim and grabbed the victim by the neck and they both struggle before running off . The victim allegedly says not to shoot and raises his hands and says that he is unarmed , but shots are fired .
