Anyone getting problems with wimax not working? Since last weekend I been getting slow speed and since ytday it stopped working.

I went an dey put a lte Sim card in my box so presently I have the green and white modem with a lte Sim card and it working good.

Called Tstt and they said since 29th the service was migrated in my area so thts why I have no service.

yup...since the 29th I lost service at work on all devices (Curepe area)

only yesterday just one out of all devices started to work again.

I have a 2mb package but speed test giving 2.56mb download 1.98 upload

Does it slow down in the evening? I have greendot which is fine between like 11pm and 4pm (350kB/sec) but from 4pm to 11 it's slow as dialup.

Okay so need some help.
I'm looking to upgrade.
Currently I have the basic 1mbps deal and bought a router so I can get wireless.

If I go to upgrade that deal then its 199 for 2mb or 303 for 4mb.
Thats seems too much for those crappy speeds.

That Ultralink deal looks really good but I don't think its available in south.

So the other option would be the 4g LTE.
But I don't fully understand this.
If anyone can simplify this for me it'd be greatly appreciated.

There pricing is really f*** up.
How can you have a bundle of unlimited landline + 125 cable/tv channels + 5mbps d/l Internet for $399 yet 4mbps internet is $303?

How to get the box as a new customer? They seem to only be dealing with existing customers.

I guess you could call and sign up like normal. If you're not an existing TSTT customer you may have to go in. I already had a TSTT landline when I signed up a few years ago so they just added it to the account.

New sign up must require a land line or if your family have a land line use there's an let the bill come under your name

The person has a landline. They had an application in for yrs. Also they went to the office and didn't get thru because they were only seeing abt existing customers. They gave some bs story abt a technician would deliver a box to them. But no contract signed or anything so how could a box be delivered and that was supposed to have happened last Sunday.

I just purchased a box today from the branch on promenade, no land line but we have wireless cable. All required was 2 piece of Id and a utility bill.
