I take the chance on occasion, but it really isn't a good idea. The rate some men fly down the PBR especially at night, could qualify it for runway status, at this point.

My initial thought too. If the maxi done lick down the man how he end up on the man windscreen. There may have been a maxi obscuring the altezza man view but that damage to the car looks like it took a serious hit

how does traffic get from the southern side to the northern side of the PBR?

I curious who was the tezza driver.
Can a bicycle ride into a parked car, and do that kinda damage?
Wouldn't the maxi on the left anyway if picking up / dropping passengers?
My guess would be tezza exceeded the PBR's speed limit, while cyclist was crossing in front maxi.
I don't understand how the maxi would be involved.
