I’ve been assuming the insurance companies combine to give out lower payments on both sides . Make both drivers at fault and both lose discounts and VAT and overall a lower payment for a 24 hour service to take pictures and draw lines .

boi the PBR have so many "streets and lanes" that you can enter and exit off of eh...dem fools will use it to the hilt to escape....lol..then you have ppl who live next to the route and the only way to get to their homes is via the PBR (i kid you not...one guy built his house literally on the bridge by St. Augustine/St. Johns road).....
then you have those in authority who will casually edit entries for a fee....and a year into the system its going to suddenly dissapear..
RFID was there since 2008 when LO's were ( i managed that project of putting RFID codes to PBR passes) given scanners to check PBR passes but they never used it becuz the BOBOL was great....the amount of Kickbacks that LO's get from favors eh....smh..
