Isn't the police service independent?

I was lucky to get to POS just as they set up by the lighthouse, one thing I can't get my head around though. Everyone can clearly see it's a roadblock, they've been sitting there for 5 mins looking at the police asking for license and insurance and people wait til they get to the police officer to rummage through their stuff to find their insurance? Come nah man :\

Cocorite, Santa Cruz, Morvant Junction, Lighthouse, Independence Square by Cathedral.... everywhere. Traffic stinks. I'm still in bed though. Sometimes living on the EMR Laventille has its advantages.

They're basically slowing down the country. Imagine how many people are gonna be late for work and won't be able to open their retail shops on time. It's a smart move if its a protest.

The northbound lane from Golconda to Gasparillo is heavy traffic, not sure exactly what causing it but in south is chaos! Traffic backing up all over.
