Would definitely recommend a wireless mouse if not the mini keyboard touch pad combos they suggest on Amazon. The remote sucks and just using a mouse makes it kinda like using a PC.

That's almost the size of a full keyboard though. I had initially bought https://www.amazon.com/iPazzPort-Wirele ... i+keyboard but it fell a couple times too many and it stopped working. Just went out and bought a normal logitech wireless mouse and that's been fine since. The very few times I need to type in something the on screen keyboard is more than adequate.

I use it with a lot of other devices too, not just my tv. It also supports multi-touch gestures on win8/10 as well as on some android boxes i think.

So what build are you all using in Kodi? I'm using the Paradox build and it works well. Can you all suggest any other free ones? Thanks

Trying a KODI install on my Amazon Fire stick to see how it works. A guy in valsyn does it but you have to provide your own fire stick.

Anyone using one of these to view hd video off an external hdd? Looking for a cheap way to get playback on a secondary tv. Dont really care for the kodi functionality/hassle so that does not matter.

Using Schism right now. Saw a vid on YouTube where it's alleged that tvaddons actually slow down and cause crashes on firesticks.
PS for all the people carrying their firesticks to have them programmed, do a YouTube search and do it yourselves. It's not hard at all.

Must be an issue with a particular version.

Isengard works well with firestick tho not on other hardware.

Has anyone experienced their Fire stick making short buzzing sounds while the video lags?
