Has the company you want to work for requested you get one or are you looking to upgrade to forklift driver.
Why I ask is that there is no official license for driving forklifts in Trinidad, forklifts would actually fall into Heavy T designation if licensed as T and driving on the road. Forklifts really just require experience in operation to work properly. Having an understanding of the risks involved with moving heavy loads and what not to do is important as a foundation but time on a machine will make a much better operator.
I work for a forklift dealer and at times we do a forklift safety course for companies but there is a minimum number of participants. Recently we moved to a bigger facility and now I'm thinking about starting to run courses for members of the public once there's sufficient demand.
