Some pediatricians have stocks, but they don't have a distributor in Trinidad, so not in stores as far as I know. Rush ship it in via air.

Worked for me.

What's your recommendation on piercing of ears? At what age is best and where is most recommended to go to have it done? (preferably south)

Do it when they small enough to not yank it out. I did it after she got her first or second set of shots from the health center.

It would seem that Superpharm stopped carrying breastpads. Other than Gopauls, anywhere else has them (the good ones like Avent & Nuk)?

Thanks. Good advice. Bought one today. 500 by debbies Carlton Centre. Not the top of d line model but sufficient. Infan tec brand. Still haven't pierced her ears as yet. Cautious. Btw she is 7 months old today.

Fyi
My sons pediatrician actually recommended that we do not purchase a walker. He said it causes a lot of injuries delays baby development .
Canada banned it in 2004 because of this.

Some additional information that I found

did quite a few readings on the " walker" before purchasing one and tbh
1) you wont have ur kid in the walker whole day...i used it to assist mobility, confidence and leg strength( he was able to stand and balance easier and more often without the risk of falling....so probably 1-2hrs at most combined throughout the day

2)most injuries stem from stairs and improper walking surface causing them to bruise their feet, topple over or fall off stairs or a height....

3) leaving ur kid unattended

i read that its also advised for the kid to be bare feet in the walker as some shoes/sandals may cause improper muscle development in the feet

You should be more concerned about what ur feeding ur child ( baby food)
