So TTASA did all of the groundwork and whatever else was required, to be able to secure use of Waller Field, to have it repaved, and to hopefully have some legal rights to have continued use and access for the next two years.

And now we have whoever feeling that they can have access to the facility without any concerns for how TTASA had to pay to secure their rights, to satisfy these rights for whatever period their agreement is for, and then may very well start to pelt big stone at them because whoever doe not get access at their convenience and their "price".

Any difference to what happens in foreign when a new highway is built and toll charges instituted?

So tax payers money was/is used and citizens can't get access to it.

There will be a time for them to use it if they want to. Nobody wants wildness to lead to a fatality and shed an even worse light on motor sports.

Time to start back the local version of Street outlaws. Was the bomb in the early 1990s at Cross crossing.
