Its a deficit when assets are less than liabilities.

What constitutes assets and liabilities is where the details that bite us in the ass reside.

It seems that the Govt is allowed to create liabilities that have a claim on the fund.beyond the assets in the fund ...Govt sleight of hand.

I would love to see a mechanism that publishes and audits the cost of ALL projects and govt procurement...

So publish what the buildings cost...the contractor and the work done....and then let some on qualified assess whether we got value for money....

and continue it into this current term...
