I like how the fireworks distributors like to say the scratchbombs are not sold by them but coming from venezuela as contraband, good scapegoat to make them more legal

Someone threw a live one in the car right next to her 6 month grand-daughter, she tried to throw it out and look what happen. That could have been any one of us here. But where the justice? What ban? What law? The owners of Fire One etc al. would ever let that happen? Too much money to pass. That what we like. A firecracker could explode on a baby one day and still nothing will ever happen. Them nasty corrupt politicians it have running this country.
