One branch, no need to advertise. Word of mouth generates enough hype. Advertise of is a cost that must me spread across maximum potential customers. Bet you they are full already

advertising costs....for a global company...haha. this could be just online ads on youtube or websites, or simple paper ads.

You do know how franchises work right ? And costs are appropriated by region/franchisee. Not because something is multinational means they will be wasteful with budgets. In service industries marketing is ramped up over time because first impressions can be damaged if initial demand is overwhelming. Launch soft and then ramp up. But then again what do I know eh?

so prestige, or whoever having this, cannot afford a brief ad in the press or online, saying the locations....cool.lol. soft launch occurs in many forms, doesn't have to be razmataz. and their big global brand is enough to carry attention. you do know how marketing communications work right?

went a couple months ago and service was good.

Nah....went three Sundays ago and we waited 20m STANDING and when we were finally seated we waited another 25 (yes i counted) and no one served us Not even ah water pon table, not even "aye allyuh ah passin tuh take allyuh order jes now eh" nothing, i was shocked. Was SOO FRIGGGGIN hungry, i just went Zanzibar, it was PACKED and i was seated IMMEDIATELY, order taken within 5 mins food reached in 18m. Best management at that place.

As annoying as this is, sometimes it's necessary to ask what they because often enough, these fast food places don't have what you want but they'd rather tell you what they want to give you and then still tell you to pay for what you wanted..

There are four Starbucks’ locations planned for Trinidad — SouthPark (San Fernando); MovieTowne (Port of Spain); Chaguanas; and a fourth unnamed location.

The MovieTowne-Port of Spain location is scheduled to open in October 2016.

4th Location is supposed to be Gulf City Mall
