As a former greendot user I find that value very very hard to believe. Unless greendot themselves are testing and not users.

GD fastest residential package is 5MB. That speedtest result is obviously inaccurate from an end-user POV

It actually makes sense now.. every time I used to call to complain it wasn't working at all they would tell me that it was working fine on their end.. I guess their techs just keep doing speedtests all day long and that is what happens as a result?
