The fella is trying to create a rallying point behind which the population can galvanize, hence the "call out" to the so-called activists. The average citizen thinks he/she cannot make an individual difference so they complain and take it. If there is a credible unified force to take on the supposed injustices perhaps people will get on board. Unknown persons will fail, unless they are perceived as genuine and highly charismatic.

But at this stage many people have become jaded by the broken promises of those that became what they sought to end. It is naive to think anyone will ever put country first...:|

http://www.trinidadexpress.com/news/Don ... 68061.html

Opposition Leader Dr Keith Rowley yesterday said the People’s National Movement (PNM) will not be blamed for the Government’s failure to deliver on its responsibilities to the people.

“Anytime a government resorts to blaming the Opposition for its failure to deliver on their mandate and their responsibilities to the people, it is a clear sign that they have accepted that they have outlived their usefulness,” he said.

Rowley was responding to sweeping criticisms by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar at a United National Congress (UNC) forum on Monday night in Barataria, at which she slammed the Opposition for refusing to support legislation to combat crime in the country.

Persad-Bissessar put party supporters on notice that her Government was bringing back the Constitutional (Amendment) (Capital Offences) Bill 2011 to the Parliament, which had failed to get Opposition support when it first came to the Parliament in 2011. The bill needed 31 votes to be passed, but the Government has only 29 votes. .......

How much prayers allyuh go say? God not coming to help yuh know.. even if he intervened it would not make ah difference because allyuh would revert back to allyuh same sheit.. cuz allyuh not mentally inclined.

Yeah Rowley and Hinds protested and undermined Manning.

Plus they went on a racist campaign to stir up support for a Black PM claiming that Rowley was to black to be PM
