Check the hardwares, Shoppers Zone/Fair and Square in Endeavour.
Pricesmart has more than one location and the people in some of the stores can be total jackass. So you may have to go yourself to all of them. Sometimes the packaging is damaged so it may read Nil in stock.
It maybe somewhere in the back for sale at a reduced price.

Was thinking about getting one of the tents for short-term fix in a situation... they really flimsy?

Me? The same size at pricesmart; 20×12. Check a few tent rental places but it's an odd size to stock. Getting a 15×15 for 3grand but it too wide.
