Last time i checked they were only doing male to female. A friend recently told me they were doing female to male and i couldnt believe it. Had to check for myself. Still the same problem tho.. neither can have children so is not really a 'sex' change. Just a change in appearance. Hadda be careful out there now yes. Have to start askin for fallopian tube card.

Also everyone is different, most transgender people are born with a predisposition to being transgender but it all depends on different factors in development...genetic, chemical, hormonal, environmental, etc Trans women tend to have a longer androgen receptor gene preventing complete masculinization of the brain and trans men tend to have a cyp17 allele distribution similar to cisgender men.

Anyway, a transgendered person is simply a person where their gender identity does not match the gender presumed based on their observed sex at birth...
if a person feels like they're trapped in the wrong body, who are we to judge, they're not hurting anyone, should we tell them no and let them live the one thing they've got, their life, in denial ? Nope, let them be happy and do as they please.

Abomination is a nice term which covers both male and female trans. If a woman reassigns to male, she just butchered herself and surgically enhanced herself with a phallus type thing. So no it wouldnt be ok. Does a woman become a man when she puts on a strapon? From my view the surgery is mutilation. But as far as everyone has the right to mutilate themselves as they see fit, they should not have the right to deceive heteros and should inform suitors from the getgo.
