Zinc hardened grade 4.8 bolt hardwares will have it

Those expandable sheath bolts are fairly common. Try those wrought iron places like Idrees/QPSL in St Mary's. I get my rawl bolts and hit-its there.

check L's General Hardware Arouca, they will have for sure

sleeve anchor/expanding bolts
they are fairly common
some are the other way in that it is a stud with a nut which pulls the stud up to do the expanding
