Beetham is fresh air compared...Beetham killers are/were mostly defenders of Beetham...yeah there used to be internal wars but it was always among 'soldiers'...no incidental family or acquaintances...in fact the first big war in Beetham in 2000/01 was between a couple streets and each of the subjects had siblings relatives etc going to work everyday in and out Beetham..things are so cool in Beetham and Laventille now that random people cut through the beetham to avoid occasional highway traffic etc..

That's why I say now is the best time to set up programs in Lav/Beetham/POS/Carenage/North etc ..the rest of T&T can learn a lot from the progress these places have made. Static police patrols also play a big role in maintaining that order..and for one minute think about how many guns are in these areas still,people love to focus on the doom and gloom,but to me there're many positive aspects to build on.

We can make it but the authorities need to get some balls,and I mean all levels of authority...from legislative to enforcement to social,it's a big machine that needs to work in sync.
