At least one businessman has already built a building with the intent of housing upper middle class persons in POS. The city would do well with repopulation, I suspect that the older buildings would make way for parking instead though as the costs of construction and operation are cheaper

I would love to see PoS with high rise mid to high end mixed use buildings. If they could get a few thousand people to live in PoS who currently work there the traffic improvement coming into PoS alone would be epic.

And we really need a revitalized capital city that is vibrant at nights.

should it be rephrased to something more contemporary... what would be the rentable value of an apartment in PoS?

the people who could afford it, wouldn't want to live there. the people who would want to live there, would not be able to afford it.

unless he's talking about relocating the duke street posse, and making those low cost housing for low income PoS workers.

Scarfy with the same deluded and ridiculous "vision" for POS. They really believe that a few high rises will transform POS without the attendant green spaces, parking, public transport, garbage collection provisions, vagrant removal, and proper layout that hallmark a proper modern city? Does he expect that the private sector provide these as well?

I simply cannot understand why you ppl expect better/more than this. This man tell all yuh, "let's do this" and like a bunch a jackasses, allyuh follow him & elect him into office, and not one of allyuh thought to ask him the most important question, what's the "this" he want ppl to do?
