Yep - not only you. Real pressure in central by me (and by that I mean no water pressure) last 2-3 weeks.
Wasa not even following their dry season schedule posted on their fb page.

If you haven't you should try adjusting your toilets to use less water, many older P trap toilets use a lot of water.

If the area has no water supply for a few days then every low tank becomes an open valve where supply is sent and the water pressure is reduced.
It is not uncommon to see the supply pressure drop by more than 40 psi under those circumstances
