Whats up with the inconsistent entrance after pricesmart flyover ?????

I stopped trying to pass there since I noticed it used to be blocked most times. Recently I was passing and saw it opened for vehicles to enter the endeavour ramp off the highway. I observed it the last few days and saw it opened so I decided to try it today....only to realise it's blocked again???

What's up with that ????

I wonder who the idiots are that do this tho ? Imagine you choose not to turn off by the nagar because you saw the connector road open yesterday, only to pass and realised it's closed today and you hadda hit the chaguanas morning traffic from bhagwansingh to kiss baking and then all the way around to back by pricesmart ( original turn off point ) ?

It's closed at Traffic peak times....it's closed by two police officers driving a h1 panel police van at 730 am....not sure if they close it on afternoons too...

Apparently the rich ppl in Lange park complain that they cars coming off the highway cause the roundabout to get congested and they can't get out of Lange park quickly so.....they get the police to close and open the barriers at different times....

wednesday it was closed

so you dont know if to stop using it on the whole or if to take the chance and try to use it..but then end up in a setta traffic through chaguanas

Oho kinnaa like how the esteemed ppl of Valsayn get their roads to be no entry and no parking (with some of the higher fines I have seen for traffic offenses) even though other areas in close proximity suffer some of the same fate.

I'm sure no one has seen a sign " heavy vehicles only, reserved for junior Sammy vehicles only " or any or the sort. Wasn't it built as a public roadway to alleviate the traffic pile up on mornings and evenings spanning from pricesmart roundabout all the way back to the charlieville walkover........?????

It's called a temporary traffic plan ,the COP together with senior officials gave directives to have the layby to the Rodney road Endeavor Chaguanas entrance closed on mornings and afternoons according to the traffic situation . it is indeed a great inconvenience to motorists , alternative routes should be considered .

It's after the fly over so that heavy machinery thing not making sense....and no signs Indicating such....I think it's just a traffic plan for those Lange park ppl that beyotch about the heavy traffic when it's open..

Monday to Friday 7am to around 10am subjected to change and evenings 3pm to 6pm. No fixed time .if the traffic is flowing freely the barriers are removed . If anyone is caught tampering with the barriers they can be charged .
