Inconsistent Netflix movie quality ????

I've noticed sometimes during movies, the quality deteriorates from hd, 1080p etc to very very blurry for 5-10 seconds sometimes and multiple times during movies. Is this the app, the internet connectivity ( wired connection I'm using ) or the HDMI cable needs to be changed ?

Most of the times it's internet connection. If Netflix has issues, a supporting error code shows up...but that's rare as they are catering well for a growing global viewership

That's a normal occurrence with Netflix, shouldn't worry about it too much

Instead of stopping to buffer, Netflix downgrades the vid quality until the internet speed increases

Hasn't happened since switching to massy

What do you think about using another app as an alternative to Netflix, there are many similarly good movie watching apps today.

Netflix by and large is toots.
I spend more time trying to find a good movie to watch rather than actually watching a good movie.
Not to mention force feeding you their philosophies in every series .

I would cancel that nonsense if other persons in my household didn't like it so much.

Doesn't have a good enough variety (for me atleast) that would allow me to comfortably switch from Netflix
