Like a raffle, u keep drawing until u pull the name u want to get picked.

What having it looking exceedingly obvious is the sequences where the next in line was galacia, get scrapped, galacia get top pick again, then the criteria get changed to allow for bridge man.

It shows a clear bias against galacia.

Couple that with how the Galacia was treated while it had the contract and things looking like sabotage.

It may not be ill will towards galacia specifically, but it would be Done to get the the contract stopped to place a favored contender in the race.

That is why galacia Ent bother no more, they read between the lines, put two and two together and said it not worth it.

Baldylocks said he's going to make Mouttet's report available to the Parliament's Joint Select Committee examining the acquisition of the two vessels as well as “the Attorney General's Office”.

Looks like John Public go hadda salt unless it gets leaked...:|

we lucky galacia had foreign crew on it, otherwise it surely would have been sabotaged shortly after elections and more need for a "new" boat/contract

One thing for sure is the PNM financiers and bobol specialists working overtime to figure out ways to empty
the treasury further, we dont have money to do building projects like Piarco/hospitals/highways etc again
so they very creative in finding other expensive ways to leak money

As far as I've heard, the port''s tendering process throws out the lowest and highest bidders, so the port would have been in breach of their own rules in awarding to AV......bobol within bobol smh.

Was hearing a talk that a&v like racket thing from nineteen whenever.
Them and some other small contractors have to bid for some contracts and the amount of contracts equal the amount of bidders. So everyone getting a contract.
They all agree to bid the max amount lets just say $200.00 and two pardners will bid over the amount, lets say $220.00 and 230.00 so automatically they will win and win for the max amount.
A&v stay quiet and bid for his, win it and bid $199.00 for about 5 others.

Galicia was the next party hustle. They were probably collecting a percentage every Month still. They had to get rid of them to bring in one of their own. No matter how good it was functioning.

Documents show that there were serious irregularities with respect to the procurement of the vessel in 2013.

Lawyer hired by Port morphed into advisor to replace Warriot Spirit then lawyer became procurer of boat and so on. He is talking about Nyree Afonso.

He is only talking about what happened under the PP government.

What about the real issue of the Cabo Star and Ocean Flower 2. He is staying away from that.

So why is he not talking about what happened with the Cabo Star and Warrior Spirit? So the procurement process was corrupt under the PP. What about the recent process under the PNM?

Most of what was being said about the procurement outcome about the vessels had to do with who had supplied the service, what process was used to id the people and what we are paying for the service. These are valid questions.

The whole question of the procurement process became a national conversation for weeks.

Smoke and mirrors still.
