The boat is named after the passage between Toco and Tobago .It might be close,but those waters are not easy to navigate. The best course is the one that the Express takes , but I doubt they have so much faith in the GP. By the time a port is designed and comes to reality, that Chinese boat will be parked in Harts cut or relegated to the scrap heap.

I could understand Christine being on the Port's board eh, because she has a background in shipping. But these new Energy companies?

when the boat had reached cuba or here, it had to change a motor for an oil pump or sumting. if that o ring is for that hydraulic system, it has some implications.

Another passenger ferry is set to arrive in the country, bringing the total number of ferries servicing the Seabridge to three. But a representative of one major stakeholder says she knows nothing of this latest acquisition, and she's alleging that it's because the powers-that-be have given directives to keep them out of the loop.
