Rambarran discloses and identifies specific information on users of forex.

He is fired.

What is the persecution there?

When a reference is requested from a former employee...I say what I know.

JR did crap as head of the CBTT in the disclosure....he refused to meet with the Min of Finance despite being called to meet after the disclosure.

and he does not want that to influence his next job.

If the Minister of Finance spoke the truth then it isnt persecution-its the reasons he was fired.

The difference is ,when pnm ministers do crap or crime, they are not fired and when they are fired they are re-hired. A la Marlene , Lester , Dillon ,Darryl and the list goes on

Redman you fill ah chit.

Whether an employee is fired or not an employer does hamper an ex employee furture employment.

It is not the norm to ever give a bad reference. Same as an employee speaking negative about his former employer.

A man exposed a forex scam by non 99% of the population .

It is this reason why a fake recession was created.

The lil imps getting shaft in this one.
PNM modus operandi was to keep playing the fake recession.

I doh unnastan y allyuh beatin up so much for.
impinbutt eh want ppl kno he stink and badmind and malicious and does do real kaka on purpose. when yuh get ketch in folly d last thing yuh want is for that folly to be exposed and documented and broadcast for the world to see. it only natural to want to avoid embarrassment.

What I want to kno is when we as a ppl going to start demanding and making sure that these flatulent sphincters some of us call a govt pay for their follies out of their own pockets and suffer the consequences of their actions at their own personal expense. Ppl fed up of their tax dollars having to pay for all kinda nonsense caused by these asses, particularly since there are so many other things those resources could be used for that would be of benefit to the people and the nation on the whole.

because as long as the taxpayer keeps footing the bills for their bs, it eh go stop or even discourage any of them from their habit of thinking and acting like jackasses and making stupid choices that affect every single Trini while they in their positions.

Trinis are not going to demand chit.

We live in a society where massa in charge (Not 99%). The rest are what Malcom X spoke of .

It have a tuner who got rather most upset because I posted videos of Malcolm X explaining all of this, the tuner called me racist. Most people are scared to admit the truth. Then the mods took it down.

We live a county fueled by stupid peoole maybe venes might change this in 5 years time when they get their legal ID cards .

He was fired cause PNM see him as a UNC. PNM fires all UNC appointments which is the norm to seek their best interest or follows 1% orders. But it is tacky to hamper someone career because of their biases.

You need to take your head out of PNM arse for once. Stop licking imps bert balls

Every government that comes in replaces every position that they can.
Thats the reality.

He was fired because he called names

But ZR you know it was Rambarran that called this recession that you so vehemently and repeatedly deny ?

And again-Any employer that calls for a reference -gets the truth.

Its up to the employee to decide what that truth is.

He called names to expose the rape or Forex and 99% of people who did not get vex.

Plus the PNM wanted this to make believe a recession.

These ppl tote away forex and are looking to make big when money devaluation comes.

You and PNM fill ah chit

Redman continues to excuse and defend PNM spite and stinkness, no matter what. I'd love to see the sequel to this when the report of what exactly he said to the G24 is revealed to the world, because as we all know, FOIA is something the PNM gives very easily, not like they fight it all the way to the Privy Council and such  . Innocence personified. Heck, even the Almighty JUHN Scarfy couldn't persuade them to cough up the one on Petrotrin.

Imbert loses case to Jawala, tax payers to pay millions

Postby abducted » June 23rd, 2022, 1:08 am

Imbert loses to Anand and Jayanti. Tax payers will now pay millions of dollars all because of political victimisation?

The State lost the case brought by Jwala Rambaran whose rights were violated by Imbert when he dismissed him.

The process by which Rambaran was dismissed as CBTT Governor was seriously flawed.

Imbert breached his right to protection of the law and right to a fair hearing.

Termination was illegal null and void and of no effect.

The state will have to pay compensation to Rambarran for salary and all his benefits from Dec 2015- July 2017 (the remainder of the contract) Plus $175k vindicatory damages and legal costs certified fit for Senior Counsel.

Rambaran was represented by Anand Ramlogan leading Jayanti Lutchmedial and Kent Samlal instructed by Vishal Siewsaran and Natasha Bisram

If it wasn't for Jwala the public would have never known who using the majority of forex in this country and to what extent. Which deserved to be public knowledge in the first place
