Diesel has seen a whopping 127% increase, with the same terrible quality. On the point of inspection costs increasing, does this mean we're finally going to get our stickers?

Chinese paying that $120K normal for roulette machine tax. Making that faster now as all the hole in the wall places will have to close down

Wouldn't a 10% tax on NLCB gambling hurt their own business by pushing more people to the casino's.?

No...
As soon as the announcement is made...they shut down the pumps if the technician is present and change the price immediately.
Some owners use discretion and leave the pumps at the old price until the technician arrives.
