The only poorer decisions made than that ref were people who voted PNM thinking there were different or better than UNC.

Ok. That ref spoilt a good match and a possibility for a truly romanticized ending for a 30 year old nation of 3.something million ppl.

However France was consistently one of the best teams of the tournament despite having to tote Giroud.

X2...that two poor decisions spoil that game for croatia....
Crotia looked better throughout but those 2 extra goals the referee gave the african nations rep...cost croatia

Sooooooo..... nobody going to talk about the croatia goal keeper? I feel he deserve the golden boot for that match. Slightly less effective than a fluorescent traffic cone.

Yea he seems to be a good penalty keeper but a poor match play one. Rooted too much to one spot and not just in this match.
