Guys have any of your tried the ttec mobile app. ?...

It seems really awesome....

I will download and try it....if it is as advertised ...I must say it's a great job by ttec......

Wasa however is still a failure. .

T&TEC launched a new app for mobile devices running iOS and Android at the company’s Mt Hope facility today, Users can report outages or other issues such as hanging wires and leaning poles, check bill balances and pay bills via the app.

Used it to report an outage this morning. Brought up a chat window where they asked for clarification on th location and type of outage. Power was restored about 2.5 hrs later.
