People arrested for selling Us dollars in T&T

Apparently a few people have been arrested for attempting to sell US on the black market, talk around is that a few of them advertised on facebook and local sites and were detained by the authorities ............. interesting... I guesss they are finally following through with their threats......................

It appears that would be an illegal transaction.
