So nobody seeing that it's just a cap / cover that can be removed for it to return to just a stock vehicle ? Remember men use to import ambulances , fire service vehicles , taxis , wheel chair equipped buses and just remove the accessories to have a normal maxi to sell .

These sort of customization is called "bosozoku cars" in japan it's sort of popular in japan really crazy and outrageous body modifications..
It's the equivalent to those mamoo cars we have here with the wide ass wheels and crazy camber and bigbass spoiler "stance cars"....
