Yup - I saw it around 630 when I passed and it looked pretty filled.

The Met Office has issued a Hazardous Seas Alert from 2pm today to 2pm Saturday.

The alert level has been raised to yellow.

The Met Office says moderate to strong low-level winds are expected to affect sea conditions with waves of 2.5m to 3.0m and occasionally higher.

Tobago is expected to experience these conditions, and to a lesser extent, eastern Trinidad.

The Met Office is instructing sea bathers, fishermen and small craft operators to carefully monitor sea conditions, exercise caution in coastal and offshore waters and be alert for large waves and dangerous currents.

It advises that persons should follow the instructions of lifeguards and monitor official news sources.

Riverine Flood Alert #1 - Orange Level

Start date (local time) Thu, Nov 15, 2018 10:30 AM
End date (local time) Fri, Nov 16, 2018 6:00 PM

River levels are currently near threshold values in some parts, especially along the Caroni basin and minor flooding has commenced in certain regions as well. Rainfall is still in the forecast and the river levels are gradually rising which can become exacerbated around high tide times. Therefore, a high risk to public safety, livelihoods and property exists in these areas.
