the speed of helene is slightly faster than Isaac and about 1.5- times the size what are the odds of helene's outer bands forcing isaac's path slightly downward ?

New El Niño weather event likely this winter says WMO
By Matt McGrath Environment correspondent

There's a 70% chance of a recurrence of the El Niño weather event before the end of this year, according to the World Meteorological Organisation.

The last El Niño occurred in 2015-16 and impacted weather patterns around the world.

Researchers say they are not expecting this new one to be as intense as 2015-16.

You just might, the seal population has exploded in that area, and great whites have been following suit, in fact there were a few attacks recently along the east coast.
