Signed up for Amplia since Flow playing up

Been having severe issues with Flow over the past 2-3 weeks where the Internet just drops for hours at a time and the modem still says everything is fine. Called support but they keep saying that they see nothing wrong on their end, so after trying to keep my sanity for so long, I decided to signup for Amplia. Buddy of mine keeps complaining about "Digismell" (as he puts it) and their horrendous ping spikes and such.

Amplia relll swift tho. 8-)

1. Signed up as interested in Internet package on website on Sunday.
2. Lady calls me 10am Tuesday for further details.

3. Technician calls at 5pm on SAME TUESDAY to say he's close by. :shock:

4. Technicans arrive 5:30pm.

5. Technicians leave at 6:20pm, Internet working great. :mrgreen:

Swift movements, that is what we talking bout.
Only thing I'm seeing that may or may not be an issue, is the TTFB for most websites seem to be ratehr long compared to when I was using Flow. I'll swap networks and do more testing to see if there really is that much of a difference.

Signed up for both Digi and amplia .. whoever reach fist I'm taking ..flow gone clear now.... whoever remembered glasnost test will know what game flow playing

Op can u do a speed test on both network using the site below instead of speedtest.net and post results

have amplia, since Massy was purchased by TSTT, customer service gone to sheit..... had an issue with customer service, it just get shitty........steupssss............

Took Massy as they came out in Palmiste-absolutely no regrets.....bandwith has never tested below my package...they have not been down....

I have not had any reason to deal with Customer Service....but if its TSTT -it cant be anything other than sheeeeeeeit.

But the internet real good so far

agreed....especially when you trying to get assistance, look like they transferred some tstt i.t. techs who aint know one assss bout notten and that dotish-stupid tie-tongue recording they have..lol
