Dont understand it as it says nothing about traffic leaving north valsayn to head west so the lights will still be operational

Traffic control and safety infrastructure seems to be based on some adhoc approach to management and certainly doesn't appear to be embedded in the overall project plan.
This however seems to be an aspect of the 'new normal' and survival of the fittest determine our fate.

Yesterday evening men were exiting Valpark and making a U-Turn by the Prince Charles Avenue to head back east.

The disdain for laws is astounding in this country because even though Queen Elizabeth Avenue has been no entry to the highway since Jan 1st men still coming out there normel normel as well.

This is normal construction procedure following the setting of the concrete which was poured on the overpass on Wednesday 5th February, 2020.
