Except maybe completely collapse. Compare to SKF roll cage which did it's job.

comes with the territory.

so, one did its job, another didn't.
investigate, asses, come up with better standards, improve the scene.

let the thing continue to be fun, instead of a chance.

Is there some video evidence ? Post Mortem should be able to show what really killed him and what changes men need to look out for in their vehicles . These roll cages built are officially imported or just a partner / welder creates it and bolts it in ?

CTV says there was no roll-cage, but the car was outfitted with a roll cage.

A drag racer was killed in an accident at the Wallerfield Raceway on Sunday afternoon.

According to reports, Darren Sirjoo was taking part in a race in his Lexus Altezza, when he lost control of the vehicle. He crashed into the walk over to the side of the racing track.

He was pulled out of the wreckage, but CNews understands that his vehicle was not properly outfitted with a roll cage, a safety feature installed in most race cars.

As such, Sirjoo suffered fatal injuries. He was taken to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries at around 4:30pm.

Coincidentally on Saturday internationally recognised racer, Ryan Garcia, also crashed while racing at Wallerfield at the exact same location. However, he walked away from the wreck of his prize-winning SKF Lancer.
