blockchain is a solid technology, that can be used for both good and bad.

I question the possible unstated motives for the use, such as refugee tracking/tagging - seems very likely to have Orwellian outcomes. There are some clear benefits as the vid stated, but we don't know what happens behind closed doors.

And for those who think I'm being paranoid, just remember the shitstorm of civilian monitoring exposed by snowden.
