In law, assault isn’t necessarily a physical attack...battery is the physical attack. So yea he can be charged with assault.

Just a general charge. Obviously that specific incident isn't written in law. So that's just the general charge and the court can detail the specific actions of the assault in the hearing.

I'm guessing Hinds not going back up for 2020 elections so he don't care about them fellas if they get charge.

... but then again pnm supporters harden. Hinds can go up for 2020 and win normal.
