SAP for Dummies. Basic use and general knowledge of it. I am seeing job requirements for it.

Yes this would be interesting to learn as well. But not only dummies, intermediate and advanced as well as modules offered.

General would be to learn how to navigate through the GUI, use tool bar etc. that should be easy to find online.
The real thing is learning transactions in the different modules such as FI, HR, MM, GRC, BI...

Try UDEMY

I use SAP at work and to be honest it is not the most difficult thing to use in the 'out the box' format- once you start using custom built modules like we do it can become very complex and to be honest frustrating. SAP representatives ran our training sessions for what we needed to access/use and that seems to work fine...best you get the company you working for to run a session or ask for this in advance if you applying for a job.

Sap is the worst.... Its like software 50 years old.... Im sure they could make it a little user friendly. Frustrating is an understatement.

Assuming you want formal training, with at least some level of certification? You might need to check a SAP partner/vendor or train online, which I've usually found to be better.

IF you just want a primer, see if their free offerings can be of value:

Hi, I confirmed there are no SAP training centers in Trinidad. Here we recommend taking advantage of virtual training options including virtual live class, SAP Learning Hub or openSAP. If you hv more Q'd pls send us a DM and would be happy to follow up - SAP Social Media Team
