WTK who fixes stuck gas gauges in cars

Postby rere31 » October 13th, 2018, 6:01 pm

The gas gauge in my nissan b15 is stuck at 1/4 tank and refuses to move. Bough the car that way. Anyone knows who could fix this or what is probably causing that problem?

LMAO....

But on a real, its an easy fix.
I'm no mechanic or electrician and i fixed mine in my old CS Lancer and Mazda.

Opened the gas tank under the seat. Pull out the gauge and fix the float level thingy. Sometimes its just a matter of fixing/changing the spring, cleaning the sensor, or changing out the entire thing by getting the part.
