Bullets (pellet gun) or stone chip? Appeared overnight

Both my vehicles have these this morning.
Subaru hasnt left the garage in 2 days.
Bt50 came home yesterday and had no marks.

People hunt around here and its common to hear bullets flying. Are these bullets marks?
Nobody cut grass around here foe awhile.

could be pellet damage but kinda difficult to validate. No flattened pellets found on the bonnet or the floor? no holes straight through the glass? How many damage spots on each vehicle?
I'm inclined to think that if it is pellet damage that is a stray shot that someone took from a long way away. because a pellet could shatter ceramic tile, maybe even porcelain tile depending on distance and powerplant, and both of those are harder than a vehicle windshield.

It would have been shot from the road and from the side of the vehicles. Not head on.

I have a habit of leaving my bonnet open to cool off the engines.
Left the mazda open yesterday cuz I real press and left the subaru open a few days back when I came home from work..

There is an empty lot of land in front so these shots came from some distance away.

No other vehicles or anything else damaged at home. Had a car and a ranger (same silver ranger I have up for sale).

Despite the popular belief on tuner I dont interfere with people wife / daughter.

There is the possibility that competition cause this.
We have and always had one refrigeration "expert" in this town. He very well knows who I am, what im capable of and whats coming.

There is also a business I purchased a refrigerator from some years ago. Much to my surprise its repaired. I tagged the owner of the business in my fb post and they messaged me. Keeps insisting I come to the store to "discuss". Hearing talk from good sources that this guy is very dirty and to watch my back.
