Unless you are metered and pay for what you use, can't see them rebating anyone.

If a single plant can critically impact water distribution, especially after one of the heaviest rainy seasons on record, how can wasa hope to cope with the upcoming dry season?
Clearly the demand capacity exceeds the supply. And what will be the situation when the new methanol plant CGCl comes online.
Wasa turned down their request for a desalination plant to be installed as part of the plant installation.

Very poor planning from WASA

waitwhut???? y????

i can understand if EMA blank that, but not WASA. it have nothing that would take away from WASA systems if that comes online. in fact, if it has excess capacity, it can export onto the network, much like the electricity and the pt lisas plants.

Confirming it was WASA indeed. EIA and CEC allowed for use of the desalination plant.
WASA has a bunch of idiots running it

That is why a responsible govt should be doing something about the leaks and implementing more dams, treatment plants and desal plants

Some people want a monopoly on certain things, even if it's something as important as water.
Those in power always choose personal gain over national interest.
