There's rice flour, then theres cassava flour.
the cassava flour does taste good but it get the consistency & texture you'd usually get from wheat flour ppl usually mix it with white wheat flour.
iirc neither rice nor cassava flour lend themselves well to leavening agents

Quinoa is gluten free.

Just make sure to wash it thoroughly otherwise it may have a slight bitter taste.

Hey chunks...

Do some research on Ezekiel, flourless bread. The leading supermarkets usually have it.

In addition to what my friends suggested above, you can try cauliflower rice as well.

Eating healthy is a discipline.

Google and youtube has tonnes of info bro, get busy.

Did you ask the doctor for his advice? Because if he told u that, then he most likely meant all carbs really for whatever reason. And here you are wanting to eat the carbs in another form.

He says he got an infection so he needs to stay off it for a while, presumably this was caused due to constipation which white flour is notorious for causing.

I have stopped eating flour for more than a year now and I eat rice only sometimes.

I eat more things like boil sweet potato, Channa lots and lots of Channa. No doubles I only buy the Channa, I do not eat any pastries either.
I eat a lot of bananas and nuts. I also buy the Chunky Vegetables and fried rice at a Chinese place up by me it is the best I ever came across. I don't buy that nasty leg and thigh they does sell I take the vegetables instead.

I tend to eat bar b que and fries sometimes especially if I am in Debe`, offcourse this is NOT healthy. But I have a weakness for Bar B Que

Alternatively you can buy the Kiss 12 Grain Sliced Loaf bread, it costs almost $18 but it is worth the price, this is made from lots of different grains, it is way better than the whole grain loaf.

The kiss whole grain bread like most whole grain bread is a SCAM, sameway wholewheat is a SCAM. It is just white flour with sugar, coloring and a little bit of bran. The 12 grain version is legit healthy
