Hello slim,

Ummm im really not into the “vene gyul” seen like some of these desperate Trinis.

When i was a young chap i used to go Villa etc and rel feel the girls genuinely liked me...im a gentlemen and very handsome so maybe some did or some didnt.

Remember most of them do it against their will for one and one purpose alone. So ever since it used to be on my mind and i dont be on Venes in that way because of respect, understanding and sympathy.

Anyways, how the fat loss coming along? Just dont give up k bro, keep pushing and you will reach your goals. And no matter what happens...always keep a positive attitude.

The place overcast but I spent an hour doing yard work and was sweating like I was working in the rain.
Car gone from silver to concrete powder grey.
Don't think I ever encountered Sahara dust this bad before.

Clear skies in Arima have turned and are now covered with what looks like dust or dusty looking clouds, temperatures have dipped and breezes have picked up, seeing some lightning and hear a lot of thunder coming from a distance. Dunno if further east has rain at the moment. Grande peeps anything?

Heavy rain passed here in Santa Cruz. Now minor showers coming and going. Power went around 4:30am but it is back.

Hard rain again in Santa Cruz and power went for a couple mins. Was heading out and changed mind. Weather might be my fault as I washed the car yesterday!
