Those showers last night were most welcome, slept like a baby. Place nice and cool this morning, steady drizzle ATM - Sando.

Tropical Wave in full effect boy. I woke up this morning and got flashbacks to the dark daylight-blocking clouds and non-stop rain like last year October.

Be careful on the roads people.

Came onto PoS for 9 and the traffic was not much worse than normal. Maybe took 10mins more than I would usually take at that time.

What is the tide schedule today?
High tide will be the true test if that experiment by lighthouse works

happened to me last October- earthquake caused very thin hairline cracks to open slightly but enough to allow that rain that cause the floods to leak through our east wall by the staircase- thing is we were painting at the time and the paint actually started to fall on the ground which is when we realized. this year we sealed the cracks outside

well I'm actually pleased with the new drainage system by South Key- no flood this morning despite all the rain. hope it stays so but another year or 2 of littering and it might start back

Checked and high tide was around 5am today so south key still hasn’t really been tested for flooding
Next high tide is before 6pm today

well i guess maybe it could have flooded this morning around 5 as it raining since around 2AM- but this afternoon we'll see

but i accustom seeing clogged up drains full of water even on sunny days eh so the situation seems to be a lot better

Will any of our dams benefit from today's rainfall?
