Trinidad and Tobago Weather Center on Facebook is usually active. It’s not an official source but it’s better than nothing.

This. Tobago got a small hit - downed trees / some homes flooded,

Now all you slackers looking to take Monday off because Tuesday is a holiday now have no excuses.

Go to work on Monday. Met Office will cancel the red alert soon.

Ah practicing to be a weather forecaster.

BTW - The Met Office web site is a waste of flicking time. Nothing was loading on it yesterday.

They seem to think that everyone will automatically go to their FB page for information because that is the only thing that seems updated.

Dumb is as dumb can get.

Thought it was clearing up, even saw some sun peaking through the clouds by 9am... but now the sky getting grim and dark again. Wind picking up a bit too. We are not safe yet!

That is some serious rain surrounding Trinidad. Dark clouds in the North-East / heading North West.
