So then, how do you explain the state of POS every day when there's a garbage bin every 20 meters?
No, no, this is psychology. Nasty people, nasty minds, nasty habits, don't care about other people, don't care for the world they live in, don't care for the next generation. These are the kind of people who don't use indicators and fling kfc boxes out the window. These kind of people think like how taxi drivers cut in and out of traffic. Nobody else matters, they are psychopaths, they are narcissists, they are sociopaths.

The lack of garbage bins is a stupid excuse. Would you do that? Wouldn't you just put your garbage in a bag and take it home? Or do you really do what you're describing above?

If you don't have proper means of garbage disposal, like bins, it only further encourages littering. While I agree with you about taking your garbage to dispose of, not everyone is so inclined, and coupled with a lack of bins, is a recipe for what we see in those pics.

It’s a sense of respect to the environment, other citizens and yourself

And take away your garbage if a bin is not provided. Saying that there is no bin is not a sufficient reason

The amazing thing is that the same people who litter will come back next time and complain that the location is dirty.

Just start placing litter wardens with body cams and deal with those fools, how hard is it to walk with a garbage bag or two and clean up after yourself. We all create the situation where we know what we are is doing sheit but will do it until we are forced not to and then made to pay for something we once had access to for free.
