Everywhere you go is a vagrant !

Malls have vagrant ! Residential area is vagrant !

They ALL look like drug addicts and stank and cut eye look.

What is your solution to fix this humanity disaster ?

Just pass through sando and see about 15 vene vagrants sleeping on de pavement.
