calcutta ship reach tobago

Postby screwbash » October 17th, 2019, 3:58 am

New Indian High Commissioner Arun Kumar Sahu has expressed an interest in establishing business incubators in Tobago to assist small and medium-sized businesses with realising their growth potential.

During a meeting last week with Tobago entrepreneurs, led by the Tobago Business Chamber, Sahu also said his office is willing to partner with established training and certification institutions, such as MIC, to offer specialised IT training programs, labs and equipment to enhance the skill sets of the young people of Tobago.

Martin George, Tobago Business Chamber chairman, later arranged a tour of the Tobago MIC facility, Canaan, where Sahu observed first-hand, areas where they could assist the island.

would the people of tobago vote for d calcutta ship party after as was said by the pnm or would the same pnm party reject the help from the indian HC and tell the calcutta ship turn around , thanks but no thanks for the money and help and we go wait till the zimbabwe ship reach.

In Trinidad and Tobago we only accept lighter skin people as our demigods.

Give Tobago independence now, they are of no use to the Tax paying public in Trinidad. Their Output is very little and they are just an island to serve the hotel industry

Would that not change our Maritime boundary? Lots more in play than meets the eye!

Bago is just a Colony

They have the potential to be a rich Island by becoming a Tax free nation for offshore banking
they just have to follow the pattern of Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Bermuda.

^^^ Exactly. Tobago have sooooooo much potential BUT...

Independence is a stretch but they do need more self government so that central government can't lock them down.

Really? Tobago gets a subvention every year, and we have yet to see records from any recent THA as to where it goes, and what it is being used for. The only time we hear about it, is when they beyotch and moan about it being too little after the Budget.

Tobagonians have accepted the fact that no one cares about them.

Why must they be treated like a piece of sheit?

Hence the word "but"... THA in its current form is inadequate with public servants being the majority of the workforce and little accountability when it comes to funds. They still on nylon pool and buccoo reef tourism so they will always beg central government for funds.

They like it so... dey keep quiet when "dey own" Growlers crash the seabridge.

Tobagonians are lazy, inefficient and incompetent. When you hire one, you can give them the best training and they will screw up
