Ben_spanna wrote:FYI
Went to see him as my vehicle that was purchased from MASSY had the incorrect chassis number on the certified copy since first registration, the vehicle was legally transferred twice before I owned it and had been inspected on time each year, and when the time to transfer it a license officer picked up on the error.
The only apparent way to get it rectified was to see the transport commissioner himself, all legal documentation was there including the massy documents which clearly showed that it was an error on the part of the L.O.
Needless to say the commissioner himself apparently could not read what was before him and asked all sort of stupid questions that had he read what was there he would have known.
I had to point out all the issues for them to get it rectified all the while his attitude was somewhat rude, ignorant and condescending so kindly excuse me if I disagree with your high opinion of him.rollingstock wrote:Monk BANzai wrote:Ben_spanna wrote:HAd the unfortunate experience of having to go to L.O to try and see the same Transport commissioner... and let me tell you, one incompetent, unfriendly and ill mannered individual … he has lost any bit of respect I ever had for that division remaining.

Respect? Worked with this guy on some projects, and it's clear he don't stand bs and would real his officers to do their job and would go after the ingrained corruption with all his ability.
But not getting your way or being able to pass a little envelope under a table and the guy is incompetent.
I'm sure Ben spanna went to see him with some shady 'rights' or 'damaged' firewall Rooster and bull story and get a hymc. What you expected? A tap on the back and " mighty good one lad, but not today, keep Kipper and try another time, cheerio mate."
