Does anyone know how to replace the high mount stop light bulbs on the 2013 Navara 4x4 LE? I don't see anywhere on the inside headliner to access any nuts to release the high mount stop light assembly. I'm wondering if the lights even ever worked. I'm the second owner of the pickup.
Thanks.
If you don't have the tabs as mentioned you have to drop the entire headliner to get to the nuts.linker wrote:Excellent thread. I've read through and learned a lot.

Thought the belt had to change.
Send my wife with the van to go Massy to buy it the next day .
Just before reaching Massy ac cut off. When she checked belt burst and pulley dropped out...
Pressure..
Seems that pulley and belts may have to change at 100k

I assume you crossed 100k already. Anyone else had issues with the alternator pulley? I'm at 103k and I'm not hearing anything that would indicate belt or alternator pulley failure. But you did say you only heard a squeal the day before. Will take a look at mine and see what condition it is in.
What exactly broke? The pulley or the shaft that the pulley bolts on to?

Power Steering fluid: Grade Genuine Nissan PSF or Dexron 3 ATF. Change interval 30000 kms

Does anyone know if the Castrol Syntrax is safe for the D40 manual gearbox? I keep reading online where the GL-5 has sulphour/sulfides which wear the copper alloy synchro rings etc.
Thanks.
